Return and Refund Policy

At EBL, we take pride in offering high-quality leather goods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product is not customized, personalized, or made-to-order.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The item does not show signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damage caused by improper use.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of leather products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized leather goods (e.g., monogrammed items).
  • Products that have developed a natural patina or softened due to use.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

4. Leather Product Disclaimer

Leather is a natural material, and slight variations in color, texture, and grain are normal characteristics, not defects. These variations enhance the uniqueness of each product. Returns will not be accepted for natural variations in leather.
